首先恭喜各位小伙伴终于结束了PhD的搬砖生涯，现在又开始寻求新的地方继续搬砖，为大家的勇气点赞。哈哈，言归正传，我分享一下我的美国博士后申请经历，从个人简历的准备，到套磁老板，再到最后推荐信的准备，到最后的完美收官等过程逐一进行分享。
个人简历的准备
话不多说，直接上一个干货，这是一个完美的简历模板，按照这个内容把你的信息填写进去就好。
有几点小小的建议：
- 受教育情况一定要罗列完全，本科、硕士、博士以及出国访问经历。
- 论文的如果发表的比较多，罗列代表作即可，建议注册一个Google Scholar，把你的论文添加进去，同时也可以看到里面的引用次数以及H-index之类的数据。
- Research Interests还是比较重要的，简单的写一下你的研究兴趣和有的研究基础，这个建议参考名校PI的lab，基本上每个lab都有research interests的介绍，能为你的简历加分不少。
- 重要的学术会议如果做过Oral presentation，一定要列出来，如果还拿过Prizes的话那就更厉害了。
- 简历不要弄得太长了，个人感觉2-3页就合适了，毕竟老板看就只是看重点的几个信息，重点的罗列清楚了就没有太大的问题。
- 如果自己的老板是大牛的话，教育背景的时候，可以写上Under 某Professor supervison，对方毕竟也想认识一下大牛。
2. 套磁老板也有一定的模板，主要是几个内容一定要展现出来，这个套磁信也就是cover letter，所以也得认真的准备。
- 介绍个人情况，是否毕业，对什么研究有浓烈的兴趣，现在想进一步的学习，寻求博后的位置。
- 过去的研究背景
- 现在对什么感兴趣
- 如果能加入你们团队，你可以做什么，带来哪些新的思想。
- 最后邀请他，如果有机会很愿意和他们进行视频面试交流，展现自己的自信。

3. 推荐信的准备
老外很看重推荐信，这个也很重要的，也是觉得是否成功申请到博后的一个关键因素，最好是由你的老板亲自推荐，如果自己的老板都不推荐的话，那就基本上没戏了，因为对方会觉得自己的老板都不推荐，肯定这个学生在某些方面存在一些问题。老板也主要是表扬在科研中的出色表现和巨大的潜力等等。
准备2-3个推荐信，一个自己的老板，一个行业专家，一个以前发表论文的合著者。推荐也有许多固定的模板，网上都可以查到的。
这个我推荐信的模板

In the time I have known him, Dr. has consistently be clear about his career goal and scientific interests. 4. 恭喜你，上面的材料准备好了就可以开始找老板了，我通常在University的website找研究方向，然后找到PI，然后看看研究方向，通常也会列出来是否需要博后，如果真的想去，没有招，也可以发个邮件问问，你的态度是真诚的，对方也会真诚的回复的。
写到现在也不容易，看到的麻烦点赞加收藏。
祝各位博后申请顺利，当然美国的博后工资薪水还是不错的，比国内搬砖强一些，哈哈。
